Currently, she is in the United Kingdom attending the One-Week Scotland Meet 2014 in Glasgow, organized and funded by the British Council. Ms Pongen is one of the three selected delegates from the Northeastern India, along with her business associate Nokcha Aier from Nagaland and Bobby from Arunachal Pradesh.
She studied at Lady Shri Ram College for Women (Delhi), London College of Communication (UK) and later did her PG in Arts Management from the Australian Institute of Music, Sydney.

The Coalition is for creative entrepreneurs can be anyone from music venue owners or promoters to app designers, gallerists to design studios, photo agents to fashion labels. In short, any business that is fuelling or is fuelled by creativity can be considered a creative enterprise. So this interpretation stretches across: music, film, design, fashion, photography, visual arts, publishing, performing arts, creative technology, event production, and arts management amongst many other areas.
The much-anticipated three-day event will be held in March 14-16 at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida (Delhi/NCR). Over three days, the event aims to connect young aspiring entrepreneurs with some of the most inspiring names in the creative industries, hold sessions on how to convert an idea into a business plan and how to pitch for investment.
